Rebecca Durose-Croft: Managing Director
Rebecca Durose-Croft, Managing Director, Education, oversees the development of our UK and international education projects. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in Educational Publishing, having previously worked in Editorial and Project Management roles for Oxford University Press, Pearson Education, Cambridge University Press, and Marshall Cavendish. Rebecca has worked across print, digital, and online platforms and has extensive knowledge of UK and international curricula.
Emma Hudson: Content & Services Manager, Westchester Education UK & International
Emma Hudson has over 12 years’ experience working within education and academic publishing, including delivering large and complex projects across both print and digital for Pearson Education. From print books, to apps, to online platforms, she enjoys all aspects of creating high-quality content for learning. Working closely with clients, she oversees all editorial aspects and fosters positive working relationships to help deliver projects on schedule, collaborating to find solutions along the way.
Tom Storr: Editorial Manager, Westchester Education UK & International
Tom Storr manages projects from manuscript to end product. He is responsible for schedules and budgets and oversees all production stages, including copyediting and proofreading, working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure processes run smoothly. Tom has been working in publishing for nine years, both as an in-house editor and freelancer, and has substantial experience of delivering large and complex print and digital educational products for both UK and international markets.
Christine DeFranco: Director, Client Solutions
Christine DeFranco, Director, Client Solutions, works with our clients to identify the services with the best fit for their project requirements. Prior to joining Westchester, Christine had a dual role as an Executive Editor and Key Account Manager at an independent educational publisher focused on AP and IB resources. Previously, she has worked in editorial, production, and marketing roles for companies including HMH, McGraw Hill, Oxford University Press, Norton, and Wiley. Despite choosing to leave the classroom early in her career, Christine is a resolute lifelong educator, and has continued to teach English Literature and Composition.
Mark DaGrossa: Director of Creative Services
Mark DaGrossa, Director of Creative Services, sets the design direction for Westchester Education Services and oversees all art, illustration, and design work. Mark worked in Mazer’s design division for 20 years before starting his own studio, Folio Designhaus, which serviced the educational and commercial markets.
