
Tim Davies: CEO, Westchester Group, UK
Tim Davies is CEO of Westchester Group UK, comprising Westchester Education UK & International, Westchester Publishing Services UK Ltd, and River Editorial. His previous positions include Managing Director at The History Press, Sales Director at Oxford University Press and Faber & Faber, Key Account Director at Baker & Taylor UK, plus various non-exec and interim roles, including Chairman at Authoright PR, and Director at Compass IPS. Tim has a business development, sales, and marketing background, and has extensive experience across multiple sectors including education and edtech, academic, trade and literary publishing, author services, PR, and distribution. Tim also holds a PGCert in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, gained at Oxford Brookes, and is proud to be a mentor on the Independent Publishers’ Guild Mentor Programme.

Rebecca Durose-Croft: Managing Director, Education, Westchester Education UK & International
Rebecca Durose-Croft, Managing Director, Education, oversees the development of our UK and international education projects. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in Educational Publishing, having previously worked in Editorial and Project Management roles for Oxford University Press, Pearson Education, Cambridge University Press, and Marshall Cavendish. Rebecca has worked across print, digital, and online platforms and has extensive knowledge of UK and international curricula.

Marquita Celestine: Business Development Manager, Westchester Education UK & International
Marquita Celestine, Business Development Manager, brings more than a decade of educational publishing experience to Westchester, having previously worked with Pearson Education and Hodder Education. Marquita’s role is to create and develop long-term business partnerships with our clients in the UK and internationally, working with them to plan and create effective solutions that meet the needs of students and educators. Drawing upon her account management experience while supporting and working with stakeholders in education, she is our commercial lead and the conduit between our clients and the Westchester production team.

Phil Gallagher: Senior Editor, STEM, Westchester Education UK & International
Phil has over 15 years’ experience in educational publishing both in-house and freelance across print, digital, and online content delivery. He specialises in maths and sciences and uses his expertise to solve the unique challenges those subjects can bring to publishing. A great collaborator, he strives for process efficiency and has a keen interest in new technologies and how they can assist in delivering the best solutions from any resources.

Tom Storr: Project Editor, Westchester Education UK & International
Tom manages projects from manuscript to end product. He is responsible for schedules and budgets and oversees all production stages, including copyediting and proofreading, working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure processes run smoothly. Tom has been working in publishing for nine years, both as an in-house editor and freelancer, and has substantial experience of delivering large and complex print and digital educational products for both UK and international markets.

Kevin J. Gray: President and Chief Content Officer, US
Kevin J. Gray, President and Chief Content Officer, leads Westchester Education Services' US team, drawing upon decades of experience working with clients across the education spectrum. He collaborates with clients to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. A former literacy and social studies editor and teacher, Kevin also previously held leadership roles at a variety of development houses.

David Bailis: Senior Director of Operations, US
David Bailis, Senior Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of Westchester Education Services' US division. Dave has years of experience creating content and managing service providers for a number of publishing companies. He has held leadership roles at National Geographic, Symmetry Creative Production, and Tighe Publishing. Before moving into his current role, Dave was Westchester's US Content Director for STEM; he still leads select Maths programs.

Mark DaGrossa: Director of Creative Services
Mark DaGrossa, Director of Creative Services, sets the design direction for Westchester Education Services and oversees all art, illustration, and design work. Mark worked in Mazer’s design division for 20 years before starting his own studio, Folio Designhaus, which serviced the educational and commercial markets.
